‍Mr. Manz is an experienced industry expert in high-tech automation and process equipment. He started his professional career as an engineer at IBM Germany in the field of industrial robots.
In 1987, he founded his own company, which he continuously expanded into a listed global player with more than 2000 employees and production sites in Germany, Italy, Eastern Europe and Asia.
In 2017, he moved from the CEO position to the Supervisory Board of Manz AG. Upon his retirement from the executive management, Mr. Manz founded a consulting and investment firm.
He dedicates this company to supporting technology startups with his experience and international network.
